Welcome to the Oxford Braves American Legion Baseball Website

The American Legion baseball program consists of four levels of play for young players:

                 Prep – 13 years old

                 Sandlot – 14 year old

Youth (Juniors) – 14-15 year olds

                 Seniors – 16 through 18 years old

We participate in the Chester County league and play against teams from West Chester, Conestoga, Downingtown, Westtown, Malvern Paoli, Avon Grove, Kennett and Exton.

The spring season begins on or after Memorial Day each year and finishes by the second week in July. The regular season is followed with local and state and regional playoffs.

We play our home games at Oxford High School Varsity Field.

We are currently accepting registration forms for the Spring 2017 program.

Tryouts for spring baseball will be announced.

The on line registration form can be found in the form tab on this site.

Oxford Legion Sponsors

January 23, 2017

As you know programs are expensive to run.  Our program is no different.
It cost close to $5,000 in registration, insurance, umpire, facility and equipment fees to field a team each year.
We currently field four teams.
This year we had a significant increase in facility use fee.
We as a league try to offer the program at the least cost to the participates.

Any sponsorship funds to offset the cost for the players is greatly appreciated.
We are a tax exempt organization.
Your contribution is greatly appreciated.

Please contact Bruce Michalski at michfam7@aol.com for more information.
