PYH Early Registration for 2012-2013 Season

EARLY REGISTRATION: In order to ensure proper planning for the upcoming season, PYH will be holding an early registration period from June 1, 2012 until July 15, 2012. During this registration period the $50.00 registration fee will be waived. However if a player has an outstanding balance, they will be unable to register until their account is paid in full.
Early registration players must submit the completed PYH registration form and submit a copy of the 2012-2013 USA hockey registration confirmation number by July 15, 2012. Any registrations received after this date will be charged $50 to register.
To register with USA hockey you may go to usahockeyregistration.com. The fee has been increased to $44 per person. (fee is waived for birth year 2006 and after) and payments to USA Hockey are made directly to them online.

2012-2013 PLAYER FEES: PYH hockey season starts November 1, 2012 and ends February 28, 2013. Half of the player’s fee will be due the first week of practice. Those who do not have 1/2 their player’s fee paid the first week (unless other arrangements are made) will not be placed on a roster which means they will be unable to play in games.
Final payments must be paid in full by February 15, 2013.

2012-2013 FEE SCHEDULE
The following fees are in addition to the registration fee.
Cross Ice $225
Girls U12 $375
Girls U14 $375
ADM Mites $300 (Birth Year 2004-2005)
Squirts $375 (Birth Year 2002-2003)
Pee Wees $375 (Birth Year 2000-2001)
Bantams $375 (Birth Year 1998-1999)
Player’s fees include 2 practice and 1 game sheet each week during the regular season with the exception of scheduling around holidays. Anything scheduled beyond that may have additional costs.
AWAY TOURNAMENT FEES
Player’s fees do not include entrance fees for away tournaments. It will be up to the coaches/managers to collect and make payment for any away tournaments they wish to participate in. We will no longer make payments to tournaments without having money collected upfront.
RECREATIONAL DEVELOPMENT
If there is enough interest PYH would like to offer a Recreational team. The fee would be $275 which would include 32 sheets of ice for practices and/or games.
