First Annual Tailgate Fundraiser was a Big Success
The Radnor Gridiron Booster Club held their first annual Football Tailgate Benefit on September 23, 2017 at the Great American Pub in Wayne. The goal of the Tailgate Benefit was to raise money to cover activity costs for players who have financial need, ensuring all RHS students have the opportunity to play football.
The event was a great success and raised $2,500 towards this goal from former and current football parents and players.
Special guest, Mike Mayock, of the NFL Network and former Boston College and NY Giants player, spoke at the event about his football experience. He reminisced how throughout his successful football career, the fondest memories he has are from playing high school football. He supports the idea of helping ensure that all high school students be given this opportunity despite any financial hurdles.
The Radnor Gridiron Booster Club would like to thank all who attended and donated to this worthy cause!
If you are interested in contributing to this cause, please contact Chip Addis at firstname.lastname@example.org for details on how to make a donation.
