Pre-Season Radnor Football Information Session Scheduled for April 11
All current Radnor High School football players, current 8th grade Radnor Middle School football players, and all other students interested in playing football for Radnor High School for the 2018 season, and their parents, are encouraged to attend a pre-season information session being held on Wednesday, April 11 at 7 PM in the RHS Auditorium.
Head Coach Tom Ryan will address both players and parents, sharing information on his coaching staff, the Radnor Football program philosophy, spring mini-camp, required forms, summer lifting and conditioning, and the dates that practices for the 2018 season start in August. The Radnor Gridiron Booster Club will also present information on how the Booster Club supports the Radnor Football program and discuss the programs, activities, and events that will be sponsored by the Booster Club in 2018. Current 8th grade players and parents will also be given a tour of the weight room after the meeting.
Please join us for an informative evening and get all the information you need to prepare for the upcoming 2018 Radnor High School Football season.

Monday, June 18 - Friday, August 3: Summer Lifting and Conditioning - Monday, Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays, 10 AM - Noon (Optional for current 8th grades)
Tuesday, June 19/26 (@ Radnor HS) and Thursday, June 21/28 (@The Haverford School): 7 v 7 Sessions with The Haverford School, 6:00-7:30 PM (be at field by 5:30 PM)

Jahmair Rider is Main Line Boys Athlete of the Week
Jahmair Rider, junior wide receiver and defensive back for our Radnor Raiders, was named as the Main Line Boys Athlete of the Week for November 13 based upon the back to back strong performances against Upper Dublin in Radnor's PIAA district playoff game and in the big rivalry game against Lower Merion three nights later.

Raiders Take on Upper Dublin In First Round Playoff Contest
Congratulations to Coach Tom Ryan, his coaches, and the entire Varsity team for qualifying for the District 1 playoffs for a second consecutive season!
This year, our Raiders are the #12 seed and take on the #5 seed Upper Dublin Cardinals in a first round game Friday night at 7 PM at Upper Dublin High School.

First Annual Tailgate Fundraiser was a Big Success
The Radnor Gridiron Booster Club held their first annual Football Tailgate Benefit on September 23, 2017 at the Great American Pub in Wayne. The goal of the Tailgate Benefit was to raise money to cover activity costs for players who have financial need, ensuring all RHS students have the opportunity to play football.
The event was a great success and raised $2,500 towards this goal from former and current football parents and players.
Special guest, Mike Mayock, of the NFL Network and former Boston College and NY Giants player, spoke at the event about his football experience. He reminisced how throughout his successful football career, the fondest memories he has are from playing high school football. He supports the idea of helping ensure that all high school students be given this opportunity despite any financial hurdles.
The Radnor Gridiron Booster Club would like to thank all who attended and donated to this worthy cause!
