Congratulations to the 55's
Congratulations to the 55lb. Red team for finishing the regular season undefeated. They finished with a 9-0 record, 11-0 counting the pre-season.
The 55lb. Black team also had a great season fininshing with a record of 7-1-1.
Together the 55's combined for a 16-1-1 in the regular season. The future looks bright in Roxborough.
Come out and support both of these great teams as they participate in the King of Prussia Turkey Bowl on 11-21-09 and 11-22-09.
2009 Playoffs

We have been selected to host the 2009 Playoffs. It is a great honor to be selected by the league and as a result we must put our best foot forward as we play host to the best teams in the league.
The only way we will be able to show how great of an organization we are is if we get a lot of help from everyone involved with the Roxborough Eagles.
The first game begins at 9am and there are games at 11am, 1pm, 3pm, and 5pm. Any help you can offer on 11-21-09 will be great. Especially if you can help in the snack stand. This is a good day for our snack stand to raise money for our organization.
Also if you are still in need of completing your volunteer requirement this will be your last chance to do so.
So just show up on 11-21-09, at what ever time you can, and check in with the snack stand. We will have something for everyone to do.
2009 Banquet

This year football and cheerleading banquet will again be held at the Commodore Barry Club in Mt. Airy. Directions are under the directions tab to the left.
You will be receiving an invitation in the mail. Please mail in your respons as quickly as possible so we can let the club know how many guests we will be having. You are welcome to bring as many guests as you like but you must note everyone that is coming in your response.

In honor of the 50 year celebration I have begun to compile a list of the Championship teams through out the history of the Roxborough Eagles. You can click on the KSL Champs link on the left. I have just begun to update the site with the information I have. I know there is more and I am hoping that past Eagles can supply me with more history, including when the Eagles were in the 21st Ward League.
Below is the 1971 115lb. KSL Champs. They were the first Roxborough Eagles Team to win a Championship in the KSL.
