On June 11th. / 2015 @ 8;10pm @ the west soccer center in a game vs. the Black Aces ... #13 Keith Haynes  , scored a " HAT TRICK "  ,...His 1st. goal was scored at the 13:51 min. mark of the 1st. half ... The 2nd goal was scored at the 14;01 min. mark of the 2nd. half , and  his 3rd. goal was also scored in the 2nd. half with 11 seconds left to go ...

On June 4th. / 2015 @ 7;00pm @ the south soccer center vs. Cool Running's , #93 Mark Maltais scored the  SILVER KINGS BALL HOCKEY CLUB'S 1900th  regular season goal ... placing them in 2nd. place behind the Snipers , who were one of the best div. 1 teams in BHE history...

The Silver Kings  inaugural spring/summer season  was 1992 , and the picture above is also the  Silver Kings inaugural jersey ... Also worn when the SILVER KINGS won the Silver Medal at the 1996 Western Canadian B Championships...





The SILVER KINGS BALL HOCKEY CLUB'S inaugural season was 1989/90 their 1st. ever winter season...It was also the inaugural season for the " RESTAURANT WINTER BALL HOCKEY LEAGUE "...The first game was played at the ACT Center in Rundle Park on December 23rd. / 1989 @ 8:00am Vs. the Northlands Devils ( Devils' alumni, Jay Chantry, Brad Gozjolko, Tony Jaksitz, Darcy Lamb, Travis Letendre, Dave Shaw, Cory Warwaruk, & Scott Weech )... The game ended in a 7 - 7 tie, there was no overtime , or shoot outs back then...

The starting line up was #68 Norman Leung in goal, on the point was #88 Robert Burant, and #77 Brad Des'Jarlais... On the wings were #18 Danny Russell, and #13 Robin Thenu, centerman was #11 Dave Janos...The 1st. ever goal scored for the SILVER KINGS franchise was by #11 Dave Janos, assisted by #88 Robert Burant, and #18 Danny Russell...

In 25 years, and 38 seasons ( 23 SUMMER, 14 WINTER, 1 FALL ) later the SILVER KINGS BALL HOCKEY CLUB has managed to achieve a few ball hockey feats, such as THE 1989/90 RESTAURANT BALL HOCKEY LEAGUE FINALISTS, THE 1990/91 RESTAURANT BALL HOCKEY LEAGUE FINALISTS, THE 1994 BALL HOCKEY EDMONTON DIVISION 4 FINALISTS, THE 1995 BALL HOCKEY EDMONTON DIVISION 3 FINALISTS, THE 1996 WESTERN B QUALIFIER TOURNAMENT CHAMPIONS, 1996 WESTERN B CANANADIAN NATIONALS,  THE 1996 WESTERN B CANADIAN TIER II SILVER MEDALIST, THE 2001 EXTREME BALL HOCKEY LEAGUE 2ND. SEASON CHAMPIONS, THE 2003 WESTERN B QUALIFIER TOURNAMENT FINALISTS, THE 2006/07 CASTLEDOWNS WINTER BALL HOCKEY LEAGUE DIV.3 CHAMPIONS, THE 2009/10 BHE WINTER DIV.4 FINALISTS, THE 2010/11 BHE WINTER DIV.6B CHAMPIONS,  THE 2013 BHE WINTER DIV.6 CHAMPIONS, THE 2013 BHE DIVISON 6B CHAMPIONS, 2013 ALBERTA PROVINICALS , THE 2014 BHE WINTER DIV.5 CHAMPIONS ... 

A total of 38  ball hockey seasons!!!  23 summer seasons , 1 fall season, and going on 14 winter seasons under the same name " SILVER KINGS "...

The SILVER KINGS BALL HOCKEY CLUB will be celebrating 25 years of ball hockey in Edmonton , on Dec. 23rd. / 2015... An alumni game will take place sometime in the summer of 2015, followed by a party... Players from all the past KINGS'S teams will be invited to par take in the alumni game, and party...If you left on good terms, you'll be invited...

FYI: The SILVER KINGS BALL HOCKEY CLUB are currently the longest running ball hockey team in western Canada...One other team in Vancouver comes close with 17 years....

It's official , on this date of August 11 , 2006 the SILVER KINGS are now world wide. The SILVER KINGS have been working on getting a web site for the last few years. After doing some research on other teams' web sites. The SILVER KINGS knew what the team wanted , & what the team didn't want. The SILVER KINGS wanted a web site that was user friendly ( something plain, & simple ), & serves a purpose to the team , & the players of the SILVER KINGS Ball Hockey Club.
