1. Cheerleading registrations close on May 31st

2. Football registrations close on July 20th

3. There is a late fee charged for football registrations starting June 1st of $30 (registration fees will be $135)

4. All money for cheerleading is due by MAY 31st

5. Football uniforms MUST BE ordered on the Midwest website by May 28th

6. Money and fundraiser can be turned in at the BTW rec center from 5pm-9pm on the 31st of May

7. Or payment must be received at PO Box 594 Sapulpa, OK 74067 no later than May 31st

8. Football camp registrations can be turned in and paid for the first day of camp if you have not already signed up. Fees are now $50 for EACH CAMP PLUS a $10 late fee
