Fees: Football $125/Cheer $100
(No refunds after Aug 1, 2015)
Teams fill up quickly so early registration is preferred. Late registrations for cheer will cause a delay in the uniform not arriving for the first game of the season.
NOTE: ALL of the items listed below are required at the time of registration in order to be considered fully registered.

--2015 Physical Form (Must be dated 2015 and signed by an MD, DO or NP)
--Final report card for the 2014- 2015 School Yr.
--Copy of Birth Certificate
