Thank You

Thank you to all those who sponsored, volunteered and participated in the 9th Annual Sticks & Biscuits Thanksgiving Day 5K. This annual event supports both the Palmyra Ice Hockey program and the Palmyra Black Knights Sled Hockey team in making ice hockey affordable for everyone who wants to participate.  Thanks to the 1,400 runners, family members, and volunteers who came out on Thanksgiving morning.  What a great way to kick off Thanksgiving Day!!

Congratulations to Palmyra's Calvin Conrad-Kline, who won the 5K with a time of  15:38.5 and Hummelstown's Deedee Shea, who won overall female with a time of 18:12.8.

Three carloads full of non-perishable and personal care items were donated to the Caring Cupboard as a result of your generosity!!  Gravel Hill United Methodist and the Caring Cupboard staff were overwhelmed.

Planning has already begun for next year's 10th Annual Sticks & Biscuits.
