Online registration is now CLOSED.  

Walk up registrations will be accepted at packet pickup on Wednesday, November 22 from 12:00-6:30 PM at Cross FitHershey.  Cash or check ONLY. 

Space permitting registrations will be accepted on Thursday prior to the race.
The cost for race day registration is $35.  Cash or check ONLY.

Shirts are no longer guaranteed.

Race Check-in:

  • 12:00 PM – 06:30 PM on Wednesday, November 22 – CrossFit Hershey (2610 Brandt Road, Annville, PA)
  • 06:30 AM – 07:15 AM on Thursday, November 23 – tent near start/finish line (Taxiway Road between Landings Drive and Airport Road).

Race Day Schedule:

  • 7:55 AM - Registration Closes
  • 8:10 AM - Welcome/Announcements at start/finish line
  • 8:15 AM - 5K Race Begins
  • 8:15 AM - Fun Run Rolling Start (held on the turf field next to In-the-Net)
  • Post race refreshments, race results, and prize presentation will be held in the tent located near the start/finish line. Please proceed to this area when finished so we can keep the finish line clear for other participants.

Start/Finish Line: The start/finish line is located on Taxiway Road between Landings Drive and Airport Road. The course is a USATF certified course (Certification #PA14051WB).

Chip Timing & Bibs:  Timing chips are located on the back of your bib. These are disposable bibs/timing chips and DO NOT need to be returned.  Please wear your bib on the front so it can be read as you cross the finish line. Timing results are best when using only THREE safety pins. It is important to stay in order and move quickly through the finish chute.

Results:  Race results are available on the kiosks located at the finish line. Simply enter your bib number to see your time, age group position and gender ranking.

Alternatively, if you have a smartphone, you can scan the QR code on the front of your bib to go straight to the online results. Online results refresh every 5 minutes.

If you see something wrong with your results (such as your name, gender or age are incorrect), there will be correction request forms and a mailbox next to the kiosks. Please complete the form and deposit it in the mailbox and SpectaSport will review it. Please check your results within 5-10 minutes of finishing so that any corrections can be made before the awards are announced.

Turkey Necklaces: If you receive a Turkey Necklace during the race, turn it in at the Post Race Reception in the mega- tent. Retrieve your prize at the prize table.

Post Race Reception: After the race, please join us at the mega-tent for refreshments, race results and prizes.

First Aid: Nurses are on-site and located throughout the course. Please find a Palmyra Ice Hockey Member if you need assistance. You may also visit the Information Booth at the start line. A nurse will be available.

Bathroom Facilities: Walters Service has provided portable restrooms. We are asking our participants to use these facilities rather than those in surrounding businesses.

Running Strollers: Running strollers are welcome, but we ask that you remain behind the runners as to not interfere with their pace. 

Babysitting/Paramount Kidmazium:  If you have paid for pre-registered babysitting services, you will have a babysitting ticket in your registration packet. Please take your child to the Paramount Kidmazium and use the ticket as admission.

Snack Trucks: Fans can enjoy food and drink items from the Perk Up Truck.

Again the Sticks & Biscuits 5k will be supporting and donating funds to the Palmyra Black Knight Sled Hockey program.  If you make a monetary donation you will receive a ticket to place in a raffle to win a variety of gift baskets.
