Practice Schedule for 2011-2012 Season

Regular Season Practices have ended...

There will be Post Season Practices for those going on to State Qualifiers and those who have already Qualified for States
Locations for Practices are:

Newton High School- Wednesday...5:30-7:00

KRHS- Thursday...6:00-7:30

Stillwater Fredon Wrestling...WHO WE ARE!
Stillwater-FredonWrestling is open to all Stillwater and Fredon residents in grades K-8, with training for all skill levels. We are a registered 501(c)3 non-profit organization and we're endorsed by the Stillwater and Fredon Recreation Departments as well as the Stillwater, Fredon and Kittatinny Regional School Districts. We compete in the New Jersey Grade School Wrestling League (NJGSWL) and the North Jersey Youth Wrestling League (NJYWL).

Our team works closely with the coaches at Kittatinny Regional High School. Both teams operate under a philosophy that not only fosters team spirit, but also produces quality wrestlers. As a program we emphasize building character, discipline and team work. GO HAWKS!!!

STILL-FRE Wrestling IN-SEASON with SIR
Coach Hall and the SIR Coaches will work with our wrestlers through the season on Thursdays @ KRHS from 6:30-8:00...unless otherwise noted.!! SEE You IN THE ROOM!!!
