Each member organization is expected to send a representative to each meeting. We meet 6 times per year (Oct, Nov, Jan, Feb, Mar, May).
Effective January 2015, each missed meeting will result in a $25 fine.

Heading East on Street Rd, turn Left onto Knights Rd, turn Right onto Byberry Rd, travel approx 100 yds, then turn Right into Bensalem Municipal Complex. Enter through double doors in front of building.


7 Yr Old Instructional Division

STBL has an instructional Division for 7 Yr Old Players.

This division is strictly instructional (coach pitch, flexible schedule, no playoffs, no fees, no pressure)

Important Dates for 2016 Season:

Note: Suburban Travel Baseball does not use the age group "U" designation (ie: 9U, 10U, etc).

This is not a soccer league.

Do not use this nomenclature in any STBL correspondence.
We use Age & Division designations only (ie: 9A, 10A, 10B, etc). 


January 21: Preliminary team commitments due to Gerry.

February 1: Updated League Rules posted on website.

February 18: Revised Team commitments due Gerry.

March 1: Final Team Commitments due to Gerry & Larry -> &

Gerry Callanan builds the A-Division schedules & Larry Spector builds the B-Division schedules.
(Be sure to highlight the number of teams in each age group, any field date & time constraints, & if your field has lights)

March 17: Game Schedules posted on website

March 26: Coach & Commissioner meetings at Holland field house.
Space is limited, so one coach from each team & Age Group Commissioners should attend. Age Groups / Mtg Times listed below:
- 8s at 11:30 am
- 9s and 10s at 1:00 pm
- 11s and 12s at 2:30 pm
- 13s, 14s/15s at 3:30 pm

April 1:
a) Liability Insurance Certificates due to Danny ->

"STBL" should be added in the "Other Insured" or "Certificate Holder" section of your policy.

b) Initial Team Rosters due to Danny
(Each Director should use the Roster form on our Website & send one email with all info to Danny)

c) Team fees due to Gerry ($65 per team)
(Make check payable to "STBL" & mail to: Gerry Callanan, 1038 Longfield Rd, Southampton, PA 18966)

d) Age Group Commissioner info due to Tom -> email to:

f) Provide Directions to your fields (street name & number) for use with GPS to Tom.

(Absolutely No Changes to Team Rosters permitted after this date)

May 28 : All Star Games at Langhorne

ALL playoff games must use two certified umpires (no exceptions)
