Gerry builds the A-Division schedules & Chris builds the B-Division schedules.
(Be sure to highlight the number of teams in each age group & any field date & time constraints)

March 15: Game Schedules posted on website

March 23: Coach & Commissioner meetings at Holland field house.
Space is limited, so one coach from each team & Age Group Commissioners should attend. Age Groups / Mtg Times listed below:
- 8s at 11:30 am
- 9s and 10s at 1:00 pm
- 11s and 12s at 2:30 pm
- 13s, 14s/15s at 4:00 pm

April 1:

b) Initial Team Rosters due to Danny
(Each Director should use the Roster form on our Website & send one email with all info to Danny)

c) Team fees due to Gerry ($60 per team)
(Make check payable to "STBL" & mail to: Gerry Callanan, 1038 Longfield Rd, Southampton, PA 18966)

d) Age Group Commissioner info due to Tom -> email to: tomweigand@comcast.net

e) Team Manager Contact info due to Tom.
(Each Director should send one email with all coaches info)

f) Provide Directions to your fields (street name & number) for use with GPS to Tom.

April 5: Season Begins

May 1: Final team Roster due to Danny -> suburban00@comcast.net

May 25 : All Star Games at Langhorne

ALL playoff games must use two certified umpires (no exceptions)

An Instructional Travel League for 7 Year Olds will be available this season.

This is a non-competitive, instructional pilot program.

There are no STBL Team fees, no Travel uniforms required, no score-keeping, no Win/Loss records, no playoffs, no pressure.

Instructional coach/kid pitch will use the basic STBL rules from the 8 Yr Old Division with some exceptions.

The idea here is to provide the kids with the excitement of "Travel Ball" along with the additional instruction made available by the coaches & parents.
