While we are always successful in getting teams into the win column, this is secondary to developing a complete program where our young athletes can flourish in both the
physical and mental aspects of the game. This includes a very strict code of conduct, formal expectations of our players/coaches/parents,
providing the highest quality facilities, conducting unified formal tryouts, having complete transparency across all activities, and tight
integration with our community organizations and local businesses.
