Sykesville Cyclones, Storm, and American Legion Travel Baseball
The Official site of Sykesville Travel Baseball and "The Coolest Small Town in America"!
Sykesville Travel Baseball is the home of the Cyclones and Legion Post 223. Situated in southern Carroll County, MD, we are part of the long heritage of Sykesville Baseball which dates back to the 1960's. What began as play at Fairhaven Park now includes Freedom Park, our local Firehouse 12 Field, Old Liberty Park, and Liberty High School, home to our American Legion teams.
Our goals include producing talented High School players and college prospects, but most importantly we are committed to building both skills and character in all players. Teamwork and the community are essential parts of our program.
The 2017 spring season will see 15 teams compete in league play and tournaments all over the east coast highlighted by our 12U teams annual trip to Cooperstown, emerging showcase events for our older teams, and our Legion teams quest for a state and national title.
