Five Star Lacrosse Summer Program in West Windsor - highly recommended, if the times and location work for you!

GameBreaker Lacrosse Camp and Shooting/Goalie Clinic at The Hun School in Princeton

This is Michele DeJuliis and I wanted to reach out to let you know about the GameBreaker Lacrosse Camp and Shooting/Goalie Clinic that I will be directing this summer at The Hun School in Princeton. The camp and clinic are open to girls ages 8-17 and campers will be divided by age and ability. We have worked with thousands of New Jersey players in prior years, and would look forward to the opportunity to work with any of the players in your program. GameBreaker Lacrosse operates summer camps at over 120 locations nationwide and over the past 15 years more than 75,000 players have attended these camps to improve and have fun. This year's camp date is July 30th-Aug 2nd with overnight and extended day camp options. The shooting/goalie clinic will take place on July 29-30th as an overnight camp.

As a coach and player, my life has been dedicated to lacrosse. I grew up playing the sport in Baltimore and played in college at Penn State University. I have contributed at the grass roots level as a club director, at the collegiate level as a student-athlete and coach, and most recently at the World Cup level, where I served as a player, captain, and coach. I was fortunate for my contribution to the sport, to be inducted into the US National Lacrosse Hall of Fame in 2013. Most importantly, I have learned the values of hard work and leadership, and how to be a great teammate. I look forward to sharing all of these life skills with our young lacrosse players this summer. My staff will include college coaches, high school coaches and NCAA players. All of these coaches are dedicated to the individual development of each camper and serve as great role models to the campers.

We are a teaching camp that also provides competitive scrimmaging opportunities - all in a fun and positive atmosphere. Our entire staff takes pride in the improvement of each camper that we work with during the camp. There is a camp brochure that can be downloaded from our website:

TEAM DISCOUNTS We also offer team discounts and would be happy to set one up for your team. Many teams come to GameBreaker Lacrosse Camps together as a way to facilitate better team play and camaraderie.

Very useful (and brief!) video about your son's lacrosse stick

April 17, 2017

Our coaches have noticed how many of the boys need to become more comfortable with their sticks. Since many parents are new to this game, we found a very good, 2-minute video that explains how to adjust the "pocket." Understanding the pocket is critical to making a good throw! After watching this video, you'll understand what the boys mean when you hear them talking about "illegal pockets" and hopefully you can help them adjust them, or see the coaches for help with this!  Consider this Lesson #1, with more to come!

About Us

We are pleased to announce a partnership between The YMCA of Trenton, Princeton University Mens’ Lacrosse, Ultimate Lacrosse, and the Bobby Campbell Lacrosse Foundation to grow the sport of lacrosse in Trenton, NJ.

Trenton Lax is managed under the stewardship of The YMCA of Trenton and will continue in the tradition of education, excellence, and sportsmanship first established by the Bobby Campbell Lacrosse Foundation in 2002.  It is our goal that Trenton Lax will also be supported by volunteer parents and coaches that will help guide and grow the program for years to come.

Boys Lax

The Trenton Lax Boys Program is open to all boys in grades 3-8 in Trenton, Hamilton and Ewing NJ.  We welcome all boys who want to learn to play the “fastest game on two feet”.

The Trenton Lacrosse Boys Program is a fully volunteer run organization.  Trenton Lacrosse players and coaches reflect the diversity of Trenton. We teach boys in grades 2 – 8 the fundamental/advanced skills and values of lacrosse (e.g., commitment, teamwork, integrity, passion, community pride). We strive to make lacrosse accessible in Trenton, introducing the great game of lacrosse to boys picking up a stick for the first time as well as providing quality instruction and competition for more advanced players. The Trenton Lacrosse Program coaching staff is experienced and professionally trained, focused on developing the best in all players.

The Trenton Lacrosse Program practices at Katzenbach School for the Deaf in West Trenton.

Girls Lax

The Trenton Lax Girls Program is being managed and coached by Ultimate Lacrosse and open to all girls in grades 3-8 in Trenton, Hamilton and Ewing NJ.

Our mission for Ultimate Lacrosse and the Trenton Lacrosse program is two-fold. For the athlete, we aim to create an environment that is fun, competitive and exciting. For the coaches, we are creating a mentoring program that will be specifically designed for our senior and junior club team players to give back by helping the age groups below them.

We hope to teach the skills that will benefit athletes not only as lacrosse players, but also the life skills that will help them succeed off the field, including responsibility, commitment, work ethic, teamwork, accountability and leadership.

For the coaches, the experience to lead, inspire and impact young athletes in our communities would be the ultimate reward.

Working collectively, we know that this experience will be one for which all will benefit.
