We are throwing a Pool Party!!!  Come out and join us on July 11 from 5-8 @ Green Valley Pool.  All athletes are FREE and all other family members are only $4 at the gate.

 

*Beginning July 1, 2015, an adult(18 YRS or older) applying for an unpaid position as a volunteer responsible for the welfare of a child or having direct contact with children will need a PA State Police Criminal Background Check and ChildLine Abuse Clearance.  Clearance requirements have changed based on the PA Child Protection Legislative Amendments.  If a volunteer has not been a continuous PA resident for the past TEN years they must also obtain a FBI Clearance, if they have they need to sign a YCYFA FBI Exemption form.  This applys to ALL club volunteers who have direct contact with the athletes(Football and Cheer) and includes the EX. Board, Directors, Head Coaches, Asst. coaches, EMTs, Referees and TEAM Parents.   Clearances will now be good for Three years and all records (PSP, Childline,FBI if applicable, YCYFA FBI Exemption Form) must be provided to the Secretary Terry Gilman as soon as possible.

Please see below the dates, times and instructions for the clearance meetings. All meetings are at the Sacred Heart Parrish Center, 1031 Sprenkle Rd, Spring Grove, PA 17362. Its located across from the Hardees in Spring Grove. We have a date of July 25th from 12-7:00. However, this date is not specific to Tri town and any Tri town volunteer may attend any of the other dates listed.  You MUST have the sideline pass to cross the chain and/or be on the field for GAME AND PRACTICE days.

2. MUST HAVE COPIES AND ORIGINALS FOR ALL CLEARANCES

July 30 GENERAL MEMBERSHIP MEETING

 

Our next General Membership Meeting of the year will be held on June 30 @ 7PM. Our meeting location has changed and they will now be held at the Dover Community Center. Please mark your calendars and plan on attending. Everyone is welcome and encouraged to attend.

Attendance is mandatory for the February, May, and August GMM's if you would like to participate in voting for the 2015 executive board and directors that is held in November. A sign in sheet will be at the meeting and our secretary keeps a record of those who attend. 

 

 

 

We are still accepting applications for Head Cheer Coaches.
