Please note:  There has once again been a few changes to our schedule...

YCYFA League Schedule

We at AGI want to apologize to our Tri-Town customers who ordered the Strawberry Swirl Cheesecakes. The manufacturer shipped the wrong product to our distributor. The pack line at our distributor unknowingly packed it in Tri-Town’s orders. Neither AGI nor our distributor was aware of this issue. AGI is very sorry for the mistake. Please enjoy the cheesecake and we will be sending you a refund for the full cost of $19.00 with no loss of profit to the Tri-Town Tornados.

Thank you for your understanding!

We apologize for any inconvenience.

Tracy Strickler, our Recreations Director will be holding a committee meeting on Wednesday September 24th @  6:30pm, under the pavilion, to further discuss the Halloween parade, our Purple Day, and Graduating Midget Day. Everyone is encouraged to attend.

One of our very own Rink Football Players, Ryan Arevalo,  was diagnosed with a cancerous tumor on his brain stem on Sept. 3, 2014. He had immediate surgery and is now recovering. The Arevalo family have a long road ahead of them. We will be selling a shirt in honor and support of Ryan and all of the profits from this will go directly to his family.

You may order online or at the field. If you order online, you are able to pay with a credit card or through our paypal account. Orders that are turned in at the field can be paid with check or cash. Orders will stay opened until Oct. 3. We will be printing in two stages, once we hit 100 orders, the first 100 will be printed and available to be picked up shortly after (If you want to wear your shirt in the Sunshine Kids 5k ... you will want to order now to make sure yours is printed with this order). Anything ordered after that will be ready for pick up after Oct. 3.

Please email MJ Lemmons ( with any questions.

Our next General Membership Meeting of the year will be held on SEPTEMBER 30TH @ 8PM. Our meeting location has changed and they will now be held at the Dover Community Center. Please mark your calendars and plan on attending. Everyone is welcome and encouraged to attend.

Attendance is mandatory for the February, May, and August GMM's if you would like to participate in voting for the 2015 executive board and directors that is held in November. A sign in sheet will be at the meeting and our secretary keeps a record of those who attend.

Its not too early to start thinking about Halloween!!

Tri Town is once again going to grace the Dover community with their Tornado spirit by participating in the 2014 Dover Halloween Parade!!

We will meet at the Dover Intermediate School at 2pm to begin organizing and lining up. The parade begins at 3pm. Football players should wear their jerseys and Cheerleaders should wear their Bows and uniforms (Bring Sweatshirts & leggings if cold).

If you cannot stay with your child, pick up will be at the school at the conclusion of the parade. We are in need of volunteers to walk along with the kids so we welcome you to stay and join us. We have a trailer for our Smurf football players and cheerleaders to ride in as well as any of our injured players who may not be able to walk the parade route!

What is a Halloween Parade without candy?!

We are in need of candy donations!

If you would like to hand out candy along the parade route please bring a bag of candy and a bag or bucket to hold it. If you are unable to participate in the parade but would like to donate candy please bring it to the field and drop it off under the pavilion during practices.

We are accepting Candy donations now!!

This is a fun event for Tri Town and as always we look forward to your support and participation!

As many of you know, our Tri-Town family has lost a significant piece of our organization. Our Vice President, Matt Derk, passed away on July 28th. Some very quick decisions were made about practices right away and we understand that many were confused and upset about the way information was getting out. Our first priority was to look out for the privacy of his wife and children. We were all very busy with helping and preparing things for this week and perhaps did not communicate as effectively as some may have wished. Please know that it was not our intention and things will continue to run smoothly as we continue to process what has happened.

This is a very difficult time for many of us. Most of us have never had to deal with something like this and we are doing our best to be respectful and appropriate to everyone involved. The outpouring of love and support for Kristy and the boys has been incredible. Through this difficult time, Tri-Town has proven to us once again that it’s not just a football field, but a family.

Please continue to respect the privacy of the Derk family as they continue to grieve.

Contributions may be made to the Hunter and Hayden Derk Education Fund, c/o Metro Bank, 2100 York Crossing Drive, York, PA 17408.

If you know a Tri Town graduate (football player or cheerleader) that has gone on to play at the high school or college level and would be interested in being featured as our TORNADO IN THE SPOTLIGHT, please contact me at They would have to complete a short survey and have a picture to add to the web page. This is a new feature to our website and I'm excited to re-introduce all of the great athletes that have passed through Tornado Alley. Check out who is featured right now under the tab on the left.

Our billboard at Tornado Alley is in need of a facelift. If you know of a local company or business that may be interested in advertising at our field, please contact any board member. We have a large number of families that visit our field every season and this is a great way to get your name out in the community!!
