Ready for some more baseball? Time to start planning your 2013 Season with the Upper Chesapeake Baseball Festival Spring and Summer Classic Tournaments!
ON-LINE REGISTRATION IS NOW OPEN FOR BOTH TOURNAMENTS!
Register on-line to reserve your spot. Acceptance will be based on order of payment receipt and availability within your division.
WHO:SPRING CLASSIC: 8U-14U with "A" and "B" Divisions
SUMMER CLASSIC: 8U-15U
Age prior to 5/1/13 detemines age group
SITE LOCATIONS: TBD - Harford County (venues / directions will be posted under 'Site Directions' tab)
ENTRANCE FEE: $475 for 8U-12U teams, $575 for 13U-15U teams (3 GAME GUARANTEE, INCLUDES GAME BALLS AND UMPIRE FEES FOR THE ENTIRE TOURNAMENT - 1 UMPIRE for 8U-12U games and 2 UMPIRES for 13U-15U games and ALL championship games)
FORMAT: Determined based on number of registered teams - Team and individual trophies will be awarded to 1st and 2nd place teams along with MVP awards.
REGISTRATION DEADLINE: March 8, 2013 (Spring Classic)
June 1, 2013 (Summer Classic)

We would once again like to thank the 228 participating teams for making the UCBF Spring Classic such a success this year. We hope that everyone used the tournament as a springboard for the upcoming season. That being said, it's time to turn our focus to the 2013 Summer Classic at the end of June. All of the Spring Classic results have been moved to the "2013 Spring Classic" tab on the left side of the front page, while the rest of the website has been "converted" over to display the Summer Classic participants. We hope to see everyone again in just 10 weeks!!!

Thank you very much to all 228 teams for making the UCBF Spring Classic a great success. We hope that all of teams had a memorable weekend and we look forward to seeing many of you in June for the UCBF Summer Classic. Almost every one of the 399 game scores is currently posted under the "Schedules / Results" tab on the left side of the page. Within a week or so, the website will be "switched" over from the Spring Classic to the Summer Classic. We'll let you know when that happens, at that time, the results for the 2013 UCBF Spring Classic will still be accessible under the "2013 Spring Classic" tab on the left side of the front page.

The 14U "A" schedule has been revised due to a team having to drop out of the tournament. None of the game times or locations have changed. A "waitlisted" team was inserted in the place of the team that had to withdrawal.

For those of you that have RSVP'd, the 2013 Spring Classic "LIVE" draw will be held this coming Tuesday (3/19/13), starting at 7pm, at the McFaul Activity Center (525 W. MacPhail Rd., Bel Air, MD 21014). Food will once again be catered by Outback Steakhouse in Bel Air.
After the completion of the draw, schedules should be posted by Friday, 3/22/13.

The 2013 Spring Classic "LIVE" draw will be held on Tuesday, March 19, 2013. The event will once again be catered by Outback Steakhouse in Bel Air - click on the logo to the right to visit Outback's website.

Those of us at the UCBF would like to wish everyone a Happy New Year as we enter into 2013!!!
To this point, registration for the tournament is at an all time high and divisions are filling up very, very quickly with "ACCEPTED" teams. At the moment, divisions will CLOSE once sixteen (16) teams are "ACCEPTED". We will only expand divisions past sixteen (16) teams in groups of four (4) additional teams at a time. For situations in which the sixteen (16) team limit is exceeded, teams that have submitted their payment will be listed as "WAITLISTED" until four (4) "WAITLISTED" teams are received, at which time the group of four (4) "WAITLISTED" teams will be switched to "ACCEPTED" - assuming that fields are available for expansion.
We would encourage all teams to get their payment in ASAP to ensure your spot in would should be another great tournament!!!
