IF YOU MISSED OUR (3) SPRING REGISTRATION DAYS, DONT WORRY! YOU CAN STILL SIGN UP VIA MAIL! PLEASE DOWNLOAD THE PROPER FORMS LOCATED HERE ON OUR SITE, COMPLETE IN FULL, SIGN, DATE, INCLUDE YOUR CHECK PAYABLE TO WALLKILL YOUTH FOOTBALL AND MAIL IT IN!
Registration Fees for the 2012 Season:
Football Player: $150.00 + $20.00 in Raffle Tickets per child (includes jersey that the athlete will keep!)
Cheerleader : $110.00 + $20.00 in Raffle Tickets per child
NOTE: WYF offers a $20.00 discount for each additional child
***Any fees or services not performed in 2010/2011 will be added to your registration fee***
** Registration Fees are Non Refundable **
**Photocopy of Birth Certificate is required for registration**
Medical Form is due before equipment can be handed out for football players and cheerleaders or by 1st practice which will be AUGUST 1, 2012.
