Registration Fees for the 2012 Season:
Football Player: $150.00 + $20.00 in Raffle Tickets per child (includes jersey to keep)
Cheerleader : $110.00 + $20.00 in Raffle Tickets per child
NOTE: $20.00 discount for each additional child
***Any fees or services not performed in 2010 will be added to your registration fee***
** Registration Fees are Non Refundable **
Photocopy of Birth Certificate is required for registration.
Medical Form is due before equipment can be handed out for football players and cheerleaders or by 1st practice which will be August 1, 2012.
Request for jersey numbers allowed at first registration only (03/17/12) - Paid in Full Required
