RUGBY SUMMER UPDATE!
Boys Summer 7’s
7’s is a quick, wide open game that improves ball handling, evasive running, and communication. Teams have seven (7) players on a side and play on a full sized rugby pitch. Competitions are at tournaments where you play several games in a day. Games have 7 minute halves, but still can be high scoring. U19 and U15 players are encouraged to attend. Unfortunately, there are only tournaments available for U19 players at this time.
Practices: Start June 2nd, every Tues and Thurs at Centerville Elem. School, 7pm-8:30pm
Tournaments: Cost of tournaments ($15-$25 per player) to be divided by those that attend the tournament.

Cheesesteak 7’s, Philadelphia, PA - Sat -July 11th
Surfside 7’s, Stone Harbor, NJ- Sat - July 25th
Summer Conditioning
Conditioning is key to any athlete who plans to put out 110% for an entire game no matter the sport or activity. We are fortunate to be able to provide a dryland conditioning program, free of charge, to our Warwick Swarm Players and families . Bob Artus, Alex's Dad, will lead our group each week through various movements to increase strength, power and endurance. Bob has been involved in training and instruction of Body Blast classes for more than 20 years.
Training sessions are held at the Lampeter Strasburg High School Track. These conditioning practices are open to all players of Warwick Swarm, families and friends. Practice is from 530 PM - 630PM every Monday and Wednesday.
Please feel free to contact Bob with any questions at home 464-9427 or cell 951-4443.
Congratulations to the Swarm Alumni in winning the Alumnia Game 35-15. Scores for the alumni: Brendan Casey - 3 tries, Kevin Casey - 2 tries, Jack Matthews - 1 try, and Kyle Travelet - 1 try.
