Letter from our outgoing President – Harold Scoggins
Hello Bruins Family,
It has been my honor to serve as your President for the past several years and a coach for many years before that. I have gotten to know so many you over the years and truly consider you my friends. It is with mixed emotions that I have resigned as the West Covina Bruins President.
My pursuits for professional growth have taken my family and I out of the area. I have also resigned my professional position, as the Fire Chief of the City of Glendale and accepted the position as the Fire Chief for the City of Seattle, Washington.
I want to thank each of you, for all of the support that you have given the Bruins over the years and I will miss seeing each of you and watching our kids grow up together. Please keep my family in your prayers and if you are ever in Seattle, please drop me a line and say hello.
Thank you for all that you do for our kids, I will miss you all!
Harold D. Scoggins
