White Haven Little League
OPENING DAY is scheduled for Saturday, April 30, 2016 with a rain date of Sunday, May 1st.
PICTURES will be done on opening day. Please check with your team manager to see what time your teams pictures are scheduled for. If it rains and opening day is moved to May 1st, we will still have pictures on April 30th.
DONATIONS are a crucial part in keeping the concession stand prices reasonable. We are asking that all T-Ball teams donate a box and/or case of candy (swedish fish, skittles, candy bars, ring pops, cow tails, starburst, etc.) Minor teams are asked to donate a case of soda and the major teams are asked to donate a case of gatorade for the concession stand. All donations can be dropped off at the concession stand Monday, April 25th from 6:00 to 7:00. We will be handing out uniforms that night as well. If you have your donation before that, you can give it to your team manager.
We are looking for volunteers to help with the Ladies Auxiliary. The auxiliary is in charge of the concession stand. The money we make from the stand each year goes to help with field maintenance, upkeep and any improvements that need to be made each year. We cannot expect the same people to volunteer to do everything.
PIZZA FUNDRAISER - Our pizza fundraiser will start Saturday, May 14th until Saturday, May21st. Managers will have order forms to hand out.
Our ANNUAL "NITE OUT" is scheduled for Saturday, July 8th at Jack's Grille. More information to follow.
Minors league will be participating in Inter-League play with Weatherly and Freeland.
