SIGN UP INFORMATION
For Township Boys and Girls in Grades Kindergarten through 8th
All participants must be 5 by March 1, 2012.
Birth Certificates are required at time of sign-ups for proof of age
Non-residents require Track Board approval.

Saturday, February 11, 2012 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 noon

LOCATION
Washington Township Senior Center
315 Greentree Road, Sewell, NJ 08080
FEE: $60.00 per person
Includes uniform, insurance, track utilization, league fees, and event ribbons.
WTPR Family Discount Policy available to families with 4 or more sign ups.
WTPR OFFICE REGISTRATION
Registrations will also be accepted at the Parks and Recreation Office--February 27, 28, 29, March 1, 2, 2012
during regular business hours M, T, W, F 8am to 5 pm; TH 8am to 7pm
LATE REGISTRATON
Late registration will be accepted at the Parks and Recreation Office beginning March 5, 2012. Late registrants will be subject to a
late fee of $25.00. No late signups after March 16, 2011.
CANCELLATION/FEE REFUNDS
All cancellations processed by Parks and Recreation will be subject to a $10.00 cancellation fee.
Cancellations after March 16, 2011 will also be less the $20.00 uniform cost.

PROGRAM INFORMATION
Season: March 12 – June 11 First Practice: Monday, March 12th, 6:30 pm at WTHS Track
Practices are Mondays, Wednesdays and Thursdays at the WTHS Track, 6:30 to 8:00p.m.
TRACK EVENTS
100M, 200M, 400M & 800mM (all ages); 1500M (9yrs. & up); and 3000M and Hurdles (11 yrs. & up)
FIELD EVENTS
Softball Throw (5 & 6 yrs.), Long Jump & Shot Put (all ages); High Jump & Discus (11 yrs. & up)

Washington Township Youth Track and Field abides by the Code of Conduct, Ord. #21-2002, approved by Town Council. For the
safety of our children, the Township is enforcing its Ord. #38-2007. All volunteers
in contact with children shall be subject to a criminal history record background check.
