Please text results to 386.682.7135 IMMEDIATELY upon completion of game to keep brackets current.

Pay Umpires $25/team/game/ump

Teams may bat as many or as few players as they would like
Twins are permitted
Courtesy Runner for Pitcher/Catcher at any time. Sub or last recorded out.
No new inning after 1:30 for all games except Championship/Playback Championship
Championship and play back no time limit
Run Rule 12 after 3, 10 after 4, 8 after 5
Texas Tie-Breaker: Start the inning with a runner on 2nd, and no outs. The runner must be the position in the lineup prior to the batter leading off the inning.

There are no protests, all issues must be resolved before the next pitch.
Ruling of Tournament Director/UIC is final.

Games balls are NOT provided, please bring game balls.

Sunday Showdowns

We usually have teams in every division/age group.

Running every other week WVAC is offering the Showdown Softball Double Header Series! It's as simple as this, sign up for one, a few, or all the dates listed below, show up and play a double header or 3-way. This series is open to all teams and all levels of play. We will match opponents based on ability and experience. We will track records over the series and crown a champion in a double elimination tournament at the end of the season! Play one or play all, just register by Wednesday at Midnight and play on Sunday. Schedules will be posted by Friday or Saturday the latest. We have the best fields and best concessions on the planet!

Format:
-Show up and play double-headers in all age groups
-Teams matched based on talent level
-Standings kept and champion’s awarded at end of series (no minimum requirements)
-No need to play any or all of them
-Games are double headers, 3-ways if 3 teams, quads if 4 teams, and DH’s if more than 4 in an age group.
-Open to all teams, all leagues, all levels.
-No entry fee, pay umpires $25/game
-Game time requests honored as much as possible
-Age groups 6U-18U

We host tournaments and tournament series on a regular basis

Kick Off Slam Tournaments for Baseball and Softball - These tournaments are for league teams and held at the very beginning of the spring and fall seasons. They are weekend tournaments with pool games on Saturday and elimination games on Sunday. These are a great way to "kick off" your season!

Showdown Softball Double Headers - We host Showdown softball double headers every other Sunday that are "show up and play." These DHs are available to teams of all levels and all organizations. We pair up teams based on skill level. You can play as many or as few as you like and you register by Wednesday every weekend for Sunday games. Standings are kept and the season ends with a double elimination championship tournament seeded based on your season record.

COBRA Baseball - We host and participate in COBRA baseball Double Headers similar to the softball showdowns. You can register for COBRA baseball at cfcobra.com.

Xtreme Softball and Baseball - We host and participate in travel ball tournaments with our Xtreme baseball and softball programs. These programs are open to all players at all levels and we have teams in all age groups. Tryouts for the Spring season are held in January and August for the spring season.
