By now everyone should know the kids are selling raffle tickets for a chance to win 2 tickets to Super Bowl 50!! It's a fundraiser for Lobos football & cheer, so the kids and league benefit from these proceeds. The fundraiser helps pay for new equipment, field use, lights, insurance and re-certifying of our existing equipment.
Our kids need your help to make our goal!
Kids sell them to grandma & grandpa, aunts & uncles. Dad & Mom take them to work and sell them to your co workers.
Tickets are $5.00 each, but they're like
M n Ms, you can't just have one! 😋 So buy a couple! If your kid needs more (because the highest selling individual and highest selling team will win prizes) just ask your AD and she'll give you more.

Ok here are some house keeping items you'll all need to know:
1. Our Fan Cloth fundraiser was pushed back a week in order to finalize game jersey imputing and team approval. So I'll be passing out the fundraising packets Monday 9/7 & Tuesday 9/8 hopefully you should know your child's jersey number by then. FYI if you have not made your child's registration payment their jersey will not be printed. If you need to contact me to make a payment text or phone me Kelly Hoover, Treasurer at 760-774-2028.
2. LOBOS picture day was originally scheduled for September 25th a Friday and in the past since most coaches and AD's work it was VERY difficult to schedule picture times before 5pm, so our pictures always turned out dark because we were always chasing daylight. So this year we are going to try something new, have picture day on Sunday 9/27/15 and starting at 2pm. For your particular child and their team should be in & out within 2 hours (I'm guessing)
3. Our first game is 9/12/15. We are still waiting on conference for our schedules but as soon as we know you all will know. Hopefully they will have them to us soon.

Professional Photographs of our football players and cheerleaders is scheduled for this Sunday 9/27/15!! They will be held at the Yucca Valley High School football field from 2:00 pm to 5:00 pm. Here are some helpful tips: Please have your child in a CLEAN uniform, helmet and the picture packet filled out. (that will be passed out tomorrow ,Tuesday) They take cash and checks (please bring exact change please). The line up will be be as follows:
Midget players, Head coach and all asst coaches 2 pm JP1 players,Head coach and all asst coaches 2:30 pm JP2,team, Head coach and all asst coaches 3:00 pm Micro players, Head coach, all asst coaches 3:30 pm Jr. Micro players, Head coach, all asst coaches 4.00 pm
Cheer will follow their respective teams.
These time are subject to chance. So please be there at your scheduled time with your packed filled and ready to go! The will be taking team pictures and individual pictures as well.

Hey guys😀 We ordered pink socks for all players for Breast Cancer Awareness Month/October, however because of back order issues they won't be here till Tuesday. So hang tight and we'll have them for the next game 😁. As always thank you for your patience! Oh and I wanted to thank all you rock star parents out there for hanging in there on last Sunday's picture day. Even with that little hiccup it went very smoothly!!

2nd Annual Pancake Breakfast Fundraiser

Ok Lobos, I hope everyone is selling pancake breakfast tickets! This Saturday 8/15 we will need our Lobos players and cheerleaders to help serve at this fundraiser. They will shadow an adult volunteer (if they are Micro or Jr. Micro) to help serve food, get drinks, take dishes to the kitchen and greet and seat people. We will also be selling raffle tickets for three prizes, Two tickets to the Palm Springs Aerial Tram, tickets to the Laugh Factory in Los Angeles and Two passes to the Living Desert in Palm Desert! So come and enjoy a delicious pancake breakfast and buy some raffle tickets with a chance to win! But the big winners here are the kids, that's where are fundraising dollars go!!

You also can register and pay online! But you will still need to print off or pick up a Registration Packet and fill it our and sign.

Jersey & Equipment Fittings

July 11th Saturday we will tentatively be holding equipment/jersey fittings. And cheer fittings as well! Location will be at Brehm Sports Park inside the cool building from 8:30 to 12:30. The time slots will be as follows: 7 & 8 year olds at 8:30 am 9 & 10 year olds at 9:30 am 11 & 12 year olds at 10:30 am 13 & 14 year olds at 11:30 am

1st day of registration is Saturday April 11th, 2015 in front of Walmart from 10 am to 2 pm! Just look for the red Lobos EZ-up!! Football costs $200.00 or $190.00 if paid in full at the time of registration. Cheer costs $225.00 all inclusive. A $25.00 multi-child discount is offered if you have 3 children registered. Payment plans available with a $65.00 non refundable deposit. We also will be selling Worlds Finest Chocolate bars for a $1.00 each. So your support for this fundraiser would be most welcomed! :)

The Yucca Valley Trojan Football Team will host a footbal camp on June 1, 2 & 3rd at the Trojan field. Monday & Tuesdays sessions will run from 4pm to 5:45pm and Wednesday from 4pm - 6pm wrapping up the camp with a BBQ. The cost is $30.00 for all 3 days.
Wear gym clothes and cleats (if you have them) or tennis shoe and bring some water to stay hydrated.

Physicals are required BEFORE your child may step foot on the field and since we don't want any children to be disappointed that day because they don't have it in time PLEASE SCHEDULE THEM NOW!!!
JULY4th celebration at Brehm Sports Park will be from 6 pm to 9 pm then the fire works start. Brehm Park is a cross from the Boys & Girls Club. We will have a booth set up for registration, payment, the selling of Lobos tee shirt, cups, car window decals & some mugs! So come stop by! We well also be running the Bounce Houses, $1.00 for a one time 7 min bounce or you can purchase a $5.00 all night wrist band with a signed parent consent.
July 11th We will conduct jersey fit kit fittings for football and fittings for all cheerleaders as well. This will hopefully be conducted in the Brehm Park indoor building. So at this time the date and time have yet to be approved by the town . We will inform our parent base as soon as we ge the ok.
July 18. There is an AD CLINIC in Yucippa; AD's must attend.

Saturday all ages from 10 am to 12 pm ONLY! Come to the practice field and the Senior Center is the closest building in the circle drive there right next to our field. if you have not already been fitted for gear or need to exchange pieces for a different size, this is the only time to do it. We only have the room for 2 hours so please come during those hours. Than you for your patience, you've all been so great! "WE LOVE OUR LOBOS FAMILIES".
