COOKIE DOUGH FUNDRAISER UPDATE ~ 

Orders will be here September 14th, you must pick your orders up that day during practice hours, even if your child does not practice that day, we have no way of storing these perishable items.  Remember it's during the delivery of you orders to the people you sold them to, to collect any money owed and turn it in.  Again thank you for your fundraising support!😃  Soon we'll be announcing the winners and their prizes🍪💵

REMINDER:  All parents that sold cookie dough, it needs to be picked up as its now here in the OCOTILLO ROOM , the senior center was being use that day already. Pick up times will be between 3 - 6 pm. Everything is sorted by team and child.   There is no place to store it, so it must be picked up today, weather your child practices or not.  Once they deliver it to their participants all money needs to be collected during their delivery process! (unless they did alread) All money needs to be turned in to me by Tuesday September 20th no exceptions!  If for whatever reason not all the money gets collected on or before by the 20th and to me the parent is liable for it.  

 

Thank you ALL PARENTS THAT PARTICIPATED!! Your tireless effort to make this league a success is much appreciate!  Once we receive all the monies returned an tallied we will announce the winners and their prizes at the Mandatory Parent Meetng (date to be determined) ***NO MEETING ON SEPT 21ST***🏈🍪🍪🎀

A parent meeting is scheduled for next Wednesday 9/28 at 6 PM in the Ocotillo room at the community center. All parents must be there. 

 

This is a feedback meeting and we'll attempt to address your concerns.

 

Additionally we will have our local vendor displaying our Lobos spirt wear to purchase.

 

Refreshments will be provided.

Important information for Coaches

This year our league partnered with USA football in an effort to equipped our coaches with up to date training techniques. Because of the partnership all coaches are required to registered and be certified with Heads up Football. To get certified you will need to pay a $10.00 registration fee and complete the training associated with coaching. The league will reimburse all coaches the registration fee at the end of the year as long as you complete the season. Once you have completed the required training you'll need to print a copy of your certificate and turn it into our Chapter Athletic Director in order to get a field pass. Early signups begin March 19th from 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM. If you want your choice of numbers you'll need to sign up in March. Signups after March will not have the option of choosing a number. All Signups will end in June for the 2016 season. See calendar for sign up location.

Football camp is scheduled to start on July 6th and run through the 12th (excluding the weekend). The camp will start at 6 PM and run through 8 PM each day. The camp will be located at the Community Center soccer field which is directly across from the Senior Center Building. We are not charging a fee for this event but will take any donation.

So come out and join in the fun!!
