Pre-Rookie Rally Cap

RALLY CAP ¡V JUN 28TH AT 9:30
Woodlawn Wildcats Pre-Rookie will be having a Rally Cap competition on Saturday, Jun 28th. The skills competition will begin at 9:30 am at Greenough Field off Mt. Edward Road. The testing will last approximately 1 to 1.5 hrs. At 11 am we will have a BBQ with hot dogs and pop.
1. Uniform is not required
2. Bring ball glove and helmet (helmets will be provided if necessary)
MOSQUITO SKILLS CAMP
There will be a baseball skills camp held July 11, 12 and 13 at Greenough Ball Field. We will be covering all skills - grounding, fielding, hitting, pitching, team play. We will be accepting the first 30 mosquito aged players to respond to this e-mail. The cost is $30.00 per player, which includes two hours of skill development on Friday, four hours on Saturday and a barbecue, and two hours of Sunday. This camp will fill up quickly - I'm leaving it open to only Woodlawn players for the first week and will then open it up to the rest of the associations. CANCELLATIONS DUE TO WEATHER
I have been receiving a large number of calls regarding whether or not ball is cancelled due to the weather. In the future, I will TRY to update the website as soon as I know; however, this is not always possible. A good practise for everyone would be to go to the "field conditions" link on the website. It is usually updated at 3:00 p.m. If the fields are closed, ball will be cancelled as we are not allowed on the fields.

The BBQ for May 31st is postponed until a later date. We will post the new date as soon as possible. Any body in Pre-Rookie that has not signed up to the e-mail on this site plese do so. With up to date info we can get e-mail notifications out to you as needed.
