The Town of Clarence Baseball Association anounces tryout dates for the formation of the 2027 Travel Baseball teams. If your son or daughter is interested in trying out, please register.
If you are interested in being considered as a volunteer coach for any of our Travel Baseball teams, please submit an online application.

After the (A) Red team is complete, a (B) team is put together at the discretion of the Travel Committee.
Players should plan to participate on all scheduled tryout days for their age group. If a player cannot make all days, let us know why, by noting it on your registration signup, and your coach will be notified and will contact you.

Eligibility: All travel team players through 12u, must be residents of the Town of Clarence or the Clarence Central School District, and be registered TCBA House League Players. National League age travel players (13u and above) do not have to play on House League teams, but are responsible for the appropriate fees. 13u and above travel teams are now accepting a minimal number of non-Clarence residents.
No travel player may play for a team above his appropriate age level, until he is age eligible for the 13u team. For example: A player age eligible to play for the 9u team may not play for any older team until he is age eligible to play on the 13u team. That player may then tryout for any team 13u and above.

10u (46/60) - July 9th - 12th (Maximum of 16 teams)

12u (50/70) Memorial Weekend May 21st - 24th (Tournament FULL - any additions placed on wait list)
13u (60/90) - June 10th - 14th (Tournament FULL - any additions placed on wait list)

Teams are posted manually, so there may be a delay in seeing your team.
Tournament Refund Policy is as follows:
a. No games played – 90% refund
b. 1 game played – 75% refund
c. 2 games played – 50% refund
d. 3 games played – 25% refund
e. 4 games played – 0% refund
2026 Clarence Travel Tournament Registration Information

Online registration by Credit Card is preferred. You can register your team(s) for the 2026 travel tournaments and pay with Visa, MasterCard, American Express, or Discover.
Registration will reserve a spot for your team in the tournament. Due to scheduling, registration and entrance fee is due in full 60 days prior to your tournament date. If tournament is not yet full at that time, registrations will be accepted until all tournament spots are full.
We will consider you locked in only when full payment is received.

$600.00 for Tournament
Ages 9U - 12U:
$700.00 for Tournament
Ages 13U-16U: *WNY Umpire Association Umpires will be scheduled*
$800.00 for Tournament
12U Clarence Venom went undefeated in Olean to win the 2026 Twin Tiers Rumble by the River.
Venom defeated Twin Tiers 9-6 in the Championship game.
