Personal Information:
CHYAA Member since 2006; Managed and coached every level of play at CHYAA; I am a lifelong resident currently living in Barclay. I am a local business person who has the experience of growing a company from the ground up to profitability prior to returning to a sales position. I am self-employed and know the importance of keeping track of expenses while driving towards profitability.

Vision for the Future of CHYAA:
For CHYAA to stay competitive as a local sports organization we need to look at different ways to bring money into the league. Last year marked the 1st time that our Hit Zone was used through the winter and generated a profit. Future plans to insulate the building and cut utility expenses will help to make it even more profitable. We need to continue to find ways of keeping costs down while providing a high level of baseball and softball for the kids. New families need to be welcomed to the league and encouraged to help out as well, for they are the future of CHYAA.
