The Coach Coordinator shall:
• Receive and review applications for coaching candidates and assist the President, Vice President in the recommendation to the Board.
• Conduct the player draft per the mandatory drafting rules included in the CTYFL By-Laws.
• Coordinate and supervise coaches and properly brief on all phases of the rules, regulations and policies of BYFL.
• Coordinate and supervise all activities related to the development of coaches and players.
• 1st Level problem resolution between coaches and parents. Unresolved issues are to be forwarded to the President.
• Assembling volunteers to clean the field after games.
• Perform such duties as are herein specifically set forth and such other duties as are customarily incident to the Coach Coordinator or may be assigned by the Board Members.
