Coach Scottie E. Wilson better known
as "Coach Scott" has been coaching
youth basketball for over ten years.
He graduated from East Lincoln High
School,Denver,NC where he played basketball
four years for the Mustangs. After graduation
from high school, he decided to join the
United States Air Force where he continued
to play basketball for Nellis Air Force Base,
Las Vegas, NV. After returning to North Carolina,
Coach Scott decided to become involved with
the local optimist club and began coaching
a group of 3rd graders where he met Coach
Sherman Jackson. The idea of conducting
basketball training for kids evolved
into the "Sharp Shooters Basketball Clinic."
