• Coordinate and communicate with Team Parents and the Board. Will establish a Monday night opportunity for parents to hear of the upcoming weeks’ events, and receive any flyers being distributed.
• Coordinate Team Parent activities and work with the Concession Coordinator to establish and schedule staffing support of the concession stands. Will work with Team Parents to enforce scheduled concession support by their team’s parents when needed.
• The Team Parent Coordinator should not be the Team Parent of a specific team. Will present the board with a list of team parents by the third week of practice.
• Assist in the planning and preparations for special events, working closely with the Activities Coordinator, or other board members as appropriate.
• Works with all Team Parents on information distribution and fundraising activities. Will coordinate Team parents to assist in the completion of paperwork required at the football weigh-in at the beginning of the season, as well as the distribution and tracking of issued equipment.
