Phil enters his 2nd season as an Assistant Baseball Coach under the direction of Nick Chichilitti’s new coaching staff in 2017. He was an Assistant Varsity Baseball Coach at Ryan during the 2013 season as well. Phil is a 1979 Graduate of Archbishop Ryan.

Phil was the Assistant Varsity Baseball Coach at Bensalem High School during the 2010, 2011, & 2012 campaigns. During the 2008 & 2009 seasons, he was the Head JV Baseball Coach at Ryan. He also served as the Freshman Head Coach from 2005 to 2007.

Consalvo was the Assistant Baseball Coach for Calvary AA Varsity Baseball Team during their 5-year State Championship run from 2000-2004. He also served as the Baseball Director for the Liberty Bell Youth Organization from 1996 through 1999.

Phil currently resides in the Far Northeast area of Philadelphia with his wife Barbara and their children Phillip (26), Alexa (24), & Samantha (20).
