Jason Wade

Assistant Coach

Coach Jason Wade enters his fifth season as an assistant varsity coach for the Patriots. Prior to joining the Model program in 2014, Wade spent time coaching at the youth level in the Richmond Little League program from 2004-2011 and with the Richmond Rage travel team from 2007-2009. Wade coached for the Elite Baseball Club organization during the summer alongside Patriot head coach Alex Shapiro from 2012 to 2015 and currently directs the Elite Baseball Club futures youth program.

Coach Wade is currently the owner of Wade's Blades Lawn & Landscape in Richmond, Kentucky, which will be entering its 24th year of business this spring. He has a wife, Shannon, and also has three sons, Kayden, Christian and Joseph, who is also joining the coaching staff for the Patriots. At Model, Coach Wade's primary responsibilities will be coaching first base and working with outfielders.
