Chris Locke

JV Head Coach

Originally born in Canton Ohio, Coach Locke moved to the beautiful city of El Paso, at the age of 16. He enrolled at Coronado High School and joined the T-Bird baseball family his junior year. Coach Locke played under Coach Orozco and was part of the 1992 Coronado T-Bird baseball Final Four team, where he also received All-State and All-City honors. Coach Locke went on to play collegiate baseball at Frank Phillips College and later attended New Mexico State University where he graduated with a Bachelor's of Science degree in Education, with a concentrattion in K-12 Physical Education. Coach Locke has coached various baseball teams, ranging from 7-18. He has also helped coach girls' fastpitch softball and is looking forward to coaching for his beloved T-Birds.
