4.8 The Coaches Council Representative of TAF shall:
A) Serve as the board's initial liaison for coaching staff issues;
B) Act on behalf of all coaches while fulfilling Board of Directors roll
C) Work with the Athletic Director and Assistant Athletic Director in coaches interviews
