4.6 The Parliamentarian of TAF shall:
A) Attend all TAF meetings
B) Serve in the capacity of expert in the bylaws, code of conduct or league rules when there is a dispute concerning operations;
C) Report any violation of the bylaws, code of conduct or league rules to the Board of Directors
D) Serve as the accountability liaison at all Board Meetings to make sure the agenda and time are being adhered to in a proper manner
