Jen Crowther

Head Coach

Jennifer starting coaching in 1998 and is an ASCA level 3 coach. As a masters and age group
coach for teams in both NY and Florida, her experience has helped swimmers reach USAT Pro
Status, Olympic Trials, Senior Nats, JOs, as well as personal bests in masters meets and open
water competitions. However, her proudest swimmer accomplishment is none of these but that of
the swimmers who remain excited getting to practice and establishing solid work ethics; all the
while having respect for themselves and the friends they make along the way. Prior to becoming
a mother of 2 girls, she has had qualifying spots/times for Masters Nationals, Hawaii Ironman,
Boston Marathon and Team USA Long Course Triathlon. Just like a distance event, she looks
forward to the road ahead with Potomac Marlins Masters.
