- 10 x All American Triathlete

- 10 x Ironman Triathlon Finishes

- Graduated from Virginia Tech

- PE Teacher for 34 years (Yes, I'm old)

- Teaching at Adams Middle School since 2000

Last year was my first time coaching at the high school level since 1988. Had a blast and honored to be given a chance again. Totally looking forward to it. Can't wait!! Let's go HAWKS!!!
