Assistant Coach-Track and Field (Sprints)

This is the first year for us with the Westminster WolfPack. I ran XC and track from 7th grade all the way through 12th. I was offered XC scholarships from a couple colleges in Ohio but joined the Air Force instead. I stopped running once I separated from the Air Force in 2017. I would like to share my running knowledge with those interested in running. I will be a coach and a parent of a runner as well. Looking forward to having a great season for the WolfPack!
