Coach Conway was born and raised in Eagle County, Colorado. He is a dedicated husband and father of four awesome kids. In his youth he participated as a multi season athlete playing baseball, football and wrestling. He believes sports play a vital role in developing positive, resilient, hardworking people. His experience is that wrestling programs help mold strong, confident and respectful kids. Which aligns with his parenting goals and he looks forward to being a part of that contribution to the Little Warriors family.
