4.2 The Vice President of Operations of TAF shall:
A) Assist the President in all activities and responsibilities outlined above
B) Fulfill the duties of President in the President's absence.
C) Maintain a day-to-day record of all financial transactions pertaining to TAF funds and accounts;
D) Keep and maintain all TAF official documents and financial records;
E) Prepare and submit monthly financial reports to the Organization;
F) Oversee all banking functions and communications, electronic or otherwise;
G) Collect and deposit all income funds for the Organization or designate another board member if absence from an event;
H) Prepare a year-end financial report for the Organization and prepare or delegate each year its state and federal filings and tax returns;
I) Help coordinate player registration;
