Coach Kelly is the Defensive Coordinator for the New Blitz Minior Professional Football Team. He has coached for thirty-five years as a Head Coach, Offensive and Defensive Coordinator.He was nominated to coach in eight Allstar games as well. Coach had a short professional career in the NFL with the Oakland Raiders, Ottawa Rough Riders of the CFL and the Philadelphia Bell of the now defunct World Football League. He is a three time coach of the year recipient and has coached seven undefeated teams, 14 championships and has taken three teams to the National Championship. His philosophy is those that bite get bitten and those who don't get eaten. Coach Mann is very happy to have him on his staff.
