Biography:
Damion grew up in Mt. Morris, where he was a three-sport athlete at Mt. Morris High School. After high school, Damion attended Saginaw Valley State University on a full-athletic scholarship.

Damion was a stand-out on the football team at SVSU and was picked up by the Minnesota Vikings out of college. Damion finished his football career in the Arena Football League, playing for the Albany Conquest.

After the birth of his first child, Damion retired from the game of football and moved back to Michigan. Damion now resides in Millington.

Joining the Fitness Team at The MAAC marks a return to Damion's passion - fitness and sports-specific training.
