2007 12U WPTBA Playing Rules
1. All games will be played with Bronco Rules unless your home field is not compatible.
2. Big Barrel bats are not permitted. Any bat with a barrel bigger then 2 1/4 " is illegal.
3. Bases will be at 70ft and the pitchers mound will be at 48ft.
4. Base runners are permitted to take leads, no limiting lines are to be used.
5. Runners may steal at any time
6. Every pitcher is allowed 1 balk warning per day.
7. A pitcher is only allowed to pitch 3 innings max per day. No pitch counts to be enforced.
8. All games will be (2) 6 inning games unless agreed upon in advance.
9. 10 run rule after 4 1/2 innings will be in effect.
10. Each team will be responsible for paying for the umpire and providing baseballs for 1 game regardless if you are at Home or Away. Home team will set up umpires.
11. One patch umpire at a rate of approx. $35 per game will be used per game.
12. Baseballs will be a Wilson 1074 Little League Ball or similar and 2 are to be supplied per game
