2008 13U WPTBA Playing Rules
1 All games will be played with Pony Rules
2 Metal Spikes are permitted
3 Bases will be at 80ft and the pitchers mound will be at 54ft.
4 Every pitcher is allowed 1 balk warning per day.
5 A pitcher is only allowed to pitch 3 innings max per game. No pitch counts to be enforced.
6 All games will be (2) 6 inning games unless agreed upon in advance.
7 10 run rule after 4 1/2 innings will be in effect.
8 Each team will be responsible for paying for the umpire and providing baseballs for 1 game regardless if you are at Home or Away. Home team will set up umpires.
9 One patch umpire at a rate of approx. $45 per game will be used per game.
10 Baseballs will be a Wilson 1075 PONY League Ball or similar and 2 are to be supplied per game.
11 Home team is responsible for providing field directions and game times to the visiting team in advance.(No later than Friday)
