Information:
On Saturday, April 30th and Sunday May 1st, we are looking for volunteers to help enhance our two Scheels USA Youth Sports Complex baseball (and future softball) fields. There are numerous tasks that we would like to accomplish, including:

- Constructing 4 dugouts
- Refurbishing 4 bull pens
- Repairing and painting utility shed
- Landscaping bleacher area
- Weeding & trimming around fence, dugouts, and batting cages
- Filling in low spots in common areas with topsoil, seed, fertilizer, and mulch
- Repairing areas in chain link fence
- Edging paths
- Hanging advertising signs
- Additional miscellaneous tasks

If you are available and willing, please know that we greatly appreciate your time. No experience is necessary and your time commitment is completely flexible. Shifts on the signup form will provide us with an estimated number of volunteers in the am/pm of each day, so tasks can be organized accordingly. On Sunday, May 1st at 3pm, as a token of our appreciation, we would like to invite all the volunteers and their families to a cookout at Scheels USA Youth Sports Complex. Hot dogs, brats, hamburgers, chips, and drinks will be provided. The kids can start a pickup game of ball and enjoy the hard work that was put forth. For planning purposes, please indicate if you are able to join us for the cookout using this link: http://goo.gl/forms/JePE2XzfJa.

If you have any questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to contact Heath Schopf, Diamonds & Facilities Chairperson, at heath@appletonlittleleague.org.
