Parents must visit our onsite registration locations to sign and turn in all outstanding documents, that will be emailed to you.


Football Players will be placed on division teams in accordance with the weight and age eligibility chart based on sports physical.


Because you selected a division, it does not mean your child will be automatically put in that division. Any player weighing 5% or more over maximum
weight at time of official physical examination will be assigned to the next weight division, if age permits. Any player weighing more than certified weight but less than 5% may be assigned to a higher division at the discretion of the Chapter Athletic Director or President .
Please note: When placing a player in a Division, per conference rules, we must go by the weight on the player’s physical form turned in.



*The SCJAAF /Rialto 49ers have adopted a zero tolerance rule in handling behavior issues. Any participant in SCJAAF can be banned from participation in football or cheer if they or their parents/guardians or people they bring demonstrate any disruptive behavior or violate any rules in our Code of Conduct.



*We do reserve the right to refuse service, for any reason, and, if the party is allowed to use the service, we also reserve the right to disable service at any time, for any reason we see fit. We do not, however, have a habit of disabling anyone that does not violate SCJAAF or Rialto Chapter policies and guidelines.



REFUND POLICY
If, for any reason, you decide that your son or daughter does not want to participate in the Rialto 49ers program prior to the start of the 2015 season, the following guidelines will be used to issue any refunds:


• Deposits up to $100.00 will be non-refundable to all Football Players and Cheerleaders


• You may receive a refund minus the $100.00 non-refundable deposit on or before June 1st of the upcoming Regular season’s calendar year.


• No part of fees paid for Football or Cheer will be refunded, for any reason, after June 1st of the upcoming Regular season’s calendar year. This includes but is not limited to: injuries, weight gain/loss, relocating, lack of transportation, or conflict of schedules.


• Please note: ***No players or cheerleaders will be able to participate in any contact practices or games until all fees are paid in full.


Please understand that the league purchases equipment and fills team rosters based on our sign-ups. Any changes after sign-ups cost administrative time and money. By signing this, I understand and agree to the terms of the Rialto 49ers Refund Policy.
