We hereby authorize our child to join the Mars Area Wrestling Club. We release and forever discharge any of the sponsoring organizations, its agents, employees, volunteers, members, coaches, and all other persons associated with the same from any and all claims, demands, actions, causes of action or legal suits of any kind which might occur to us or our child because his/her participation in the Mars Area Wrestling Clubs programs, including transportation of said child to and from other organizations programs or activities. We understand that this release precludes any claims on behalf of said from his participation. We also understand that due to the involved nature of the wrestling program, we agree to participate fully in the association activities required for the successful completion of our season. This includes volunteering to help in some capacity during the last two home meets during the wrestling season as well as any hosted tournaments.

We fully understand the Mars Area Wrestling Club does not carry accident insurance and is not sponsored by the Mars Area School District. We agree to use our own healthcare insurance in case of injury to our child. We certify that our child has had a physical examination within the past three months and is physically fit to compete in the Mars Area Wrestling Club programs without restriction.

As of right now with guidelines and regulations for Covid 19, this will be a major Development Year for our program; Competition is still to be determined based on the ever changing state guidelines. We plan to use this valuable time to concentrate on the growth and development of our wrestlers so we will be prepared to go full force when we are able to start competing again.
