I may be suspended for an indefinite period of time due to my actions within this 2025-2026 NPP Sports; *

I am on strength at 8 Wing/CFB Trenton; *

I have approval from my respective supervisors for participating; *

I am not currently serving a sport suspension in the CF or 8 Wing/CFB Trenton Sports Program; *

I am not on a Medical chit from MO which dictates that I may not participate in sports; *

I do not have any health problems that may preclude my participation; *
