2025 Football and Cheer Registration Form
ATHLETE INFORMATION
The current registration fee is $250 for 1 participant, $350 for 2 participants, and $400 for a family cap.
The Instructional Football and Instructional Cheer fee is $50 with no discounts for multiple participants; however, the family cap would still apply.
The Mighty Mite Cheer fee is $100 with no discounts for multiple participants; however, the family cap would still apply.
Fees are fully refundable until August 1st, 2025 and refunded at 50% until September 5th, 2025. There are no refunds after September 5th, 2025.
CHEERLEADING FEE - The fee above denotes the base fee. There will be additional fees for competition teams. Competition team details to follow at a later date.
FOOTBALL ONLY - Must include a copy of your child's birth certificate, only if your child did not participate in the program last year.
FOOTBALL LEVELS:
Instructional Football (non tackle): Grades K & 1
Mighty Mite Football: Grades 1 & 2
Mite Football: Grades 3 & 4
PeeWee Football: Grades 5 & 6
Midget Football: Grades 7 & 8
****Grade 1 has the option to participate in Instructional or Tackle Football****

Instructional Cheer: Grades K
Mighty Mite Cheer: Grades 1 & 2

PeeWee Cheer: Grades 5 & 6

I, the parent/guardian of the registrant, a minor, agree that I and the registrant will abide by the rules, procedures and by-laws of EBCCYFC, OCYFL, OCYCA and it's affiliated organizations and sponsors. Failure to follow the EBCCYFC, OCYFL and OCYCA by-laws by a parent or participant may result in dismissal from the league. Any complaints or concerns must be addressed through their Town Representative. I recognize the possibility of physical injury associated with football and cheerleading in consideration of the EBCCYFC accepting the registrant for its football and cheerleading programs and activities. I hereby release, discharge and/or otherwise indemnify EBCCYFC, its affiliated organizations and sponsors, their employees and associated personnel, including the owners of the fields and facilities utilized for the programs, against any claim by or on the behalf of the registrant as a result of the registrant's participation in the programs and/or being transported to or from the game, which transport I hereby authorize.

I understand and acknowledge that if the registrant does not reside in East Bridgewater, he or she will need to follow the waiver procedure set forth in the OCYFL by-laws and said waiver will have to be approved by all voting members of OCYFL before the player will be allowed to play for EBCCYFC.
