This fee (or a prorated amount) will be due ONLY if you get offered at spot in the league. Instructions about how to e-transfer the payment will be communicated at that time.

WAIVER INFORMATION
1. No pregnant players.

2. The Milton Ladies Slo-Pitch League is not, in any way liable for any injury sustained/incurred to myself throughout the course of the baseball season, including exhibitions, practice, regular season games, playoffs or social events.

3. I fully understand that this league is a draft league and that I will be drafted each year.

4. I understand that player trades between teams may be required partway through the season for the purposes of fairness.

5. I will commit to attending a minimum of 50% of the games during the season in order to be eligible to play in the final tournament.

6. All players must be 18 years of age as of May 1st of the current baseball year to be eligible to play. Proof of age may be requested.

7. I understand that batting helmets are required for all batters and baserunners.

8. There will be NO REFUNDS after the start date.

9. The league has the right to refuse registration.

10. A complete league handbook will be posted on the website and shared via email prior to the start of the season. It is my responsibility to review the handbook and abide by the rules and policies of the league.

11. I understand that the league will not tolerate sexual harassment of any kind, and I will review the updated policy in the handbook on this topic.

12. The league may use photos taken during the year for posting on social media, or other promotional purposes.

13. I understand that MLSP is a fun and inclusive league where players of all skill levels are welcome to play in a non-judgmental and supportive environment.
