By completing registration for the Chamberlayne Youth Basketball League (CYBL), you acknowledge and agree to the following policy:

All registration fees are non-refundable.

Once a player has been registered and payment has been submitted, no refunds will be issued for any reason, including but not limited to:

Player withdrawal from the league

Scheduling conflicts

Injury or illness

Team placement concerns

Weather cancellations

Missed games or practices

CYBL incurs significant upfront costs including facility rentals, uniforms, equipment, officials, insurance, and administrative expenses. Because of these commitments, registration fees cannot be refunded once payment is processed.

In the event that CYBL must cancel a season due to circumstances beyond our control, the league may issue credits toward a future season at the discretion of the CYBL Board.
