Waiver.
My team will carry the necessary liability insurance needed to compete in competition in Hebron Youth Softball's Fall League. Hebron Youth Softball and Lakewood Local School District is released and not held liable for any injury to a member of my team and spectators and we accept all liability to compete in their league.
