Scheduling Preferences and Team Conflicts Form (Summer 2026 18u League)

Use this form to request certain no play dates during the upcoming summer season. You may submit up to five (5) random dates of your choosing. You will not be scheduled to play games on these dates. You do not have to use a conflict date for Saturday, July 4th - MCBA games will not be scheduled on this date. If you are playing in a tournament on a particular weekend and prefer not to play on either the preceding Friday or following Monday (not both) you do not need to use a conflict date for that - simply mention it in the comment section below.
